How long do I have to wait if I place an order?

Lead time starts from 25-30 days for all general orders, and longer if your volume is higher. Kindly contact us with your order volume, design and product size to get an exact estimate. During peak season and holiday periods, please expect a further delay for your order. Rush orders are subjected to approval and additional costs.

Is delivery in Singapore included?

Yes, the price quoted is inclusive of delivery costs. However, if you wish to distribute among a few locations (e.g. your retail shops / warehouses) in Singapore, a small fee might be incurred. There are no hidden fees in all prices quoted.

Can I order below the MOQ?

All of our products are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ). The required MOQ varies by product and is necessary to ensure efficient production and consistent quality. If you order below the MOQ, the total cost may remain the same.

What are the payment terms?

Full payment as is required before any order and is non-negotiable. Exceptions are only made for government agencies where a separate verification process will be initiated before the order can be processed.
